Casa Bonito is a comfortable Self Catering Holiday Maisonette situated on a quiet urbanisation by the Costa Blanca coast at Gran Alacant/ Santa Pola in the province of Valencia, Spain. It sleeps 4 +2 people, has lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea and Alicante Bay and is a convenient 15 minute car journey from Alicante Airport or by personal guest collection service, costing about 20 - 30 Euros.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster & all necessary kitchen utensils.
The lounge/diner has a table & chairs, settee and double sofa bed (sleeps 2),Sky TV with many free view English channels, DVD player with CD capability. Air Conditioning Unit with remote control which has cooling and heating facilty for your comfort.
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) has a double bed with an electric fan/light, bed side cabinets with lights and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, electric portable fan and built in wardrobe.
The Bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin with mirror.
The Balcony is accessed via the lounge patio doors with access by spiral staircase to large sun terrace.

The maisonette is cleaned and supplied with fresh linen and towels prior to your arrival (except beach/pool towels)
If extra cleaning is required during your stay this can be provided at extra cost, especially for those who wish to stay for longer periods.

Rental notes Rental rates are per week not per person For your booking conveinience we offer flexible start days. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week will secure any booking. The balance is due eight weeks before departure. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure require payment in full. Long term bookings are available between November and May at discounted rates.

Here you will find a lively typical spanish seaside town with castle, museum and many restaurants serving local traditional dishes as well as local caught fish, and tapas bars . BEACHES & SWIMMING Casa Bonito is a 15 - 20 minute walk from a variety of uncrowded Blue Flag beaches with shallow crystal blue waters, ideal for paddling, swimming,snorkelling, and fishing.
